Osage Capital Group was co-founded by firm principals Troy Bloom and Kirk Scott in 2018 to apply their decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry to help fund sponsors expand real estate investment offerings.
Osage offers end-to-end real estate fund consulting services, 1031 program design and administration, and oversees various Osage-sponsored multifamily and community-centric development projects.
